Serving Our Global Membership Through Thought Leadership, Advocacy, and Educational Programs
This year*, we published a record number of thought leadership papers, celebrated the graduation of our largest class of Future Leaders, expanded our educational programs including the launch of a new leadership development program, and realized growth in membership and member engagement.
Our members recognized the value we created reflecting a 98% satisfaction rating and the highest net promoter scores in our history. We will continue our advocacy work into the next year, developing guidance on ISO 20022, revisions to BAFT MTLA, guidance on Net Zero, and other topics and issues of importance to the global transaction banking community.
As we look forward, we invite you to join our expanding community of financial institutions, solution providers, and government agency members.
