Ms. Pelosi came to BAFT from the Federal Reserve Board, where she served first as a senior attorney writing consumer protection regulations under the Dodd-Frank Act and then as manager for retail payments following emerging technology. Before departing for the Federal Reserve, Ms. Pelosi was the global head of compliance at Travelex Global Business Payments (now Western Union Business Solutions). Ms. Pelosi also supported the anti-money laundering mission of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) of the US Treasury Department as a senior attorney implementing the USA PATRIOT Act. She began her career in the corporate and project finance departments of the law firm Morrison & Foerster.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Robins was based in Beijing overseeing JP Morgan’s Treasury and Securities Services businesses. In her 23 years with JP Morgan, she covered roles ranging from Treasury Product Management in Hong Kong to Trade Finance Sales in Paris, as well as Head of Strategy and Global Deposits in the US.

She currently leads Deloitte’s South East Asia FCC practice. Her clientele incudes major global and local Banks in Singapore. Broadly, her experience includes regulatory compliance, FCC and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, enterprise wide AML / CFT risk assessments, globally benchmarked business conduct policy formulation, legislative drafting, conducting country level Financial Action Task Force assessments as a regulator, implementing anti-bribery and corruption policies, advising on data protection matters, working on policy for exchange demutualization and self-funding model for a regulatory agency, stock exchange supervision and securities laws. In her previous role led an engagement with the Association of Banks in Singapore to revise and modernize their AML guidelines for the banking industry in Singapore.
