Women in Transaction Banking Mentorship

The BAFT Women in Transaction Banking Mentorship Program is an exciting cross-institution initiative designed to support the professional development of individuals in the transaction banking industry. Open to full-time employees of banks or solutions providers, the program offers two unique formats: a traditional mentorship program, where experienced professionals guide mentees in career development; and a reverse mentorship program, where senior leaders learn from the perspectives and insights of junior professionals. Mentors, who can be women or men, and mentees come from different institutions, fostering diverse connections and fresh perspectives.
