Mentorship Program Registration

Registration for our next cohort (January 1 – September 30, 2026) is now open through December 21, 2025.

The Registration process for the program:
  1. We will begin accepting registrations for mentors and mentees for the next cohort on November 4, 2025. BAFT will send out an email when registration opens.
  2. Once you have registered and have paid a fee (if any), you will receive a registration confirmation email.
  3. In the few days after your registration, you will receive an email to set up your mentor/mentee profile and answer a few questions about your personal preferences.
  4. Prior to the next cohort beginning on January 1, 2026, you will be notified of who your mentor/mentee match is via an intro email. You may begin scheduling your mentorship sessions for after January 1, 2026.
  5. The mentorship cohort will run through September 30, 2026, with regular check-ins by BAFT staff and WTB Mentorship Committee teams.
