FY2026 marked a year of significant growth and impact for BAFT. In our first year as an independent global association, we expanded our membership and global reach, achieved record conference participation, strengthened education and leadership development, and advanced key industry priorities through thought leadership and advocacy.

More than 2,000 professionals contributed their expertise to BAFT’s work, strengthening our global community and helping shape the industry’s future. As BAFT continues to grow, we encourage members to engage colleagues across their organizations in the expanding opportunities, resources and programs available— maximizing the value of membership and strengthening our global community.
