Q: I am having trouble with BAFT registration for the WTB Mentorship Program. Who do I contact?

Q: I am having trouble setting up my profile on MentorCloud for the WTB Mentorship Program. Who do I contact?
A: Contact Deepa Sinha at [email protected] for assistance.
Q: Can men sign up to be mentors?
A: Absolutely! Men are encouraged to be Allies and Champions for women in the workplace and are strongly encouraged to be mentors.
Q: Can men sign up to be mentees?
A: While women will be given priority in mentee participation, men are certainly welcome to register. If there is space in the cohort, men will be given those mentee slots.
Q: Can I change my mentor/mentee after I have been assigned?
A: After the program start date, it is difficult to reassign you to a different mentor or mentee, and you may have to wait until the next cohort begins, several months later, to be reassigned. However, the BAFT team will make every effort to assist you with your request.
Q: I have signed up and paid to be a mentee, however, my workload has increased, and I can no longer participate. Can I get a refund?
A: If within 1 month of the cohort start date, BAFT can issue a credit to be used during a future cohort. If more than a month into the current cohort, no refund or credit will be issued.
