The Registration process for the program:

1. The current Mentorship program is no longer accepting new Mentors or Mentees for the March 2025 cohort. BAFT will send out an email when registration opens for the next Mentorship cohort, in June. 
2. Once you have registered and have paid a fee (if any), you will receive a registration confirmation email
3. In the next few days after your registration, you will receive an email to set up your Mentor/Mentee profile and answer a few questions about your personal preferences
4. Also, prior to March 1, 2025, you will be notified of who your Mentor/Mentee match is, via an intro email. You may begin scheduling your mentorship sessions for after March 1, 2025
5. The mentorship cohort will run through November 30, 2025, with regular check-ins by BAFT staff and WTB Mentorship Committee teams
