Join our network of women speakers. The BAFT Women in Transaction Banking (WTB) Speaker’s Bureau is designed to elevate the voices of women across all career stages in the industry. It provides an opportunity for women to showcase their expertise, whether they are early in their careers or seasoned professionals.

Why Be a Part of the Speaker’s Bureau

By connecting women with speaking opportunities at BAFT and other industry events, conferences, and webinars,

• Speakers gain visibility within the industry, showcase their knowledge, and strengthen their professional networks
• Sessions become much more enriching for everyone with a diverse perspective from speakers
• Women in the Speaker’s Bureau receive priority to participate in one of BAFT’s conferences, events, and webinars

Who Can Participate

Any woman involved in the transaction banking industry, regardless of BAFT membership or type of organization, can be a part of the Speaker’s Bureau. There is no minimal speaking experience required. However, a keen interest in speaking at events and showcasing your expertise is recommended.

How Does this Work

Upon completing the Speaker’s Bureau form, your name will be added to our database of potential speakers. When there is a match between your topics of interest and a conference session or webinar topic, you will be contacted by BAFT for your interest and availability to speak. From time to time, other industry event organizers might approach BAFT for a woman speaker.  We will share your information only if you match their session needs and you agree to BAFT sharing your information with third-party event organizers.
