Leigh Amaro is the Head of North America for Swift and has established herself as a visionary leader in the rapidly evolving payments landscape. In her current role, Leigh continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in the realm of payment innovation. She brings expertise that extends across a myriad of domains, from mobile payments and e-commerce to blockchain and cryptocurrency, innovating the way businesses and consumers interact with financial services. She has over 20 years of experience in payments, including strategy, marketing, sales, and product executive management roles at Visa, Mastercard, and now Swift.

Since December 2017, Eric has served as a Director at Itaú Unibanco, where he is responsible for the management of Markets and Digital Assets products across all client segments. In addition, he serves as a Director at ANBIMA (the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association). He brings over 20 years of experience in Corporate Sales, having built his career at HSBC Bank Brasil and UBS Pactual. Eric Altafim holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and an MBA in Economics from FEA/USP – the Institute of Economic Research at the University of São Paulo.

Lauren Langbridge is the General Manager, North America at Wise Platform, Wise’s global payments infrastructure for banks, financial institutions and enterprises around the world. She is an experienced fintech professional leading on scaling and shaping the partnerships and go to market strategy for Wise Platform’s solutions in North America. Prior to joining Wise, Lauren was at Currencycloud where she played a key role in transforming the company from a UK-centric startup into a global cross-border payments firm.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Aniruddha Sane is one of the founding members of TerraPay Payment Services, a licensed digital payment infrastructure and solutions provider. With a rich experience of over 20 years in global business development in electronic payments and services, Aniruddha is the Chief Business Development Officer at TerraPay. Before co-founding Terrapay in 2015, Aniruddha made his entrepreneurial debut by co-founding Rêv Worldwide, a payment products and service provider, where he took up the roles of Country Manager and Board of Director in its various subsidiaries across the globe for a period of over 6 years. With his exceptional business development skills and dynamic approach, Aniruddha was the key driver of the successful business set of Rev in India and Middle East. Prior to Rev, Aniruddha was working with Fidelity Information Services (FIS) as Director of Sales, looking after the India markets for the organization’s financial payment products and services business. He has also served in multiple start-ups as a financial and strategic investor and has been associated with several global giants like Diebold, Canon, and Motorola. An MBA from Mumbai University, Aniruddha also has Bachelors in Business Management and Engineering degree from Mumbai University, India.

Deepa Sinha is the Senior Vice President of Payments, Financial Crime and Women in Transaction Banking at BAFT, and will work to advance the goals of the payments and cash management industry through standardization, defining best practices and developing usable industry data. She will also be responsible for formulating policy recommendations and educating industry stakeholders including practitioners, regulators, policymakers and the broader business community. Prior to joining BAFT, Sinha accumulated more than 25 years of treasury and cash management experience at both corporations and banks. She formerly served as Treasurer at Caliburn International, now Acuity International, where she oversaw cash forecasting, working capital and debt management, and implemented policies and banking technology to support all core treasury functions. As the Associate Vice President of Banking Operations and Relationships at the Carlyle Group, she developed the cash management, FX and banking platforms, and built and managed the infrastructure for multicurrency cash management across 5,000+ bank accounts at more than 100 global banks. She also served on both the JPMorgan Chase Treasury and Wells Fargo Treasury Advisory Councils.

Patricia Sullivan is Managing Director and Global Head of Institutional Cash Management (ICM) at Deutsche Bank since January 2024. In this role Patricia oversees the business and teams within the Corporate Bank delivering a wide range of payment, transactional FX, risk management, and liquidity solutions to financial institutions (banks & central banks) and Deutsche Bank affiliates. Patricia holds a Board Observer seat at Partior and is a member of the BAFT Transaction Banking Global Leaders Council. Patricia has more than 20 years of experience in covering ICM, Criminal Prosecution, Litigation, Financial Crime Compliance and Core Compliance.
